Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

Sams Club managers play favorites .

Until our management team holds everyone accountable and not just pick and choose we will never get to our full potential I see so many associates getting away things left to right. Yes going on for 2 years they carry out their duty cleaning the all restroom and pick up all trash take it to the back be put in the trash compactor. these associates have been doing it for two years not doing their duties and managers praise them satisfied with that go around changing schedules to satisfy them when they're scheduled to work late vehicle and say no want to work in the morning what day do managers change the schedule conflict with other associates.

I do agree, they do have favorites, but sometimes those favorites are always there on time, go above and beyond, and aren’t whining about everything, grow up. Sometimes a transfer will help 👍

Sams management are like tacos. Some are fast-food others are street tacos. The company is just trying to get the biggest bang for the least amount of money.

Our management team is awful. The top manager hides in the office most of the time. When he first came on board he was so friendly, greeting people everyday, not so much anymore. The assistants are worse, one is so damn needy, worrying about numbers (upgrades and credit), she acts like a child who sits in the corner pouting when things don't go her way. And then there are the ones who allow their PT people to work as many hours at they want, so unfair.

Hahahaha...what a shocker...of course they play favorites.....that is all they know..that is how they all got promoted...or at least 98.5 percent of them..they s—ed up and in some cases did special favors to get promoted...most of them are only marginally intelligent ..they get nervous when smart people arrive on the scene..in most cases they only promote people whom they feel are dumber than they are..or at least will say yes to EVERYTHING including self sacrifice..most newly promoted people would cut off one of their own fingers if asked to by a manager..their favs are the ones who fawn over the managers and jump through hoops like trained poodles....and one last thing , their favs enjoy the taste of feces....
