Congratulation on the new opportunity, and a few friends that did the same thing are making more money at other companies. I hope all my Fiserv friends find employment somewhere else. I just feel sorry for the poor lad that comes in after you. It will be some grad that will work 60-80 plus hours a week.
Get out and look. There are actually a ton of jobs out there, many that not only allow remote work / WFH, but actively promote it now. With things opening back up, tech hiring has picked up again.
I found mine that way, and the look on my boss' face when I gave two weeks' notice still brings a big, fat smile to my face when I think about it.
(Actually, I feel sorry for the guy, and I suspect he's looking as well.)
