If we don’t see that level of reduction this year it’ll be the total amount after “rightsizing” efforts that will follow in 12-18 months focused on support functions; maybe 9 months if following Agile methodology.

Yes, true, and probably worse than that as the expectation is a certain percent will find job slots in BUs. There will be significant blood for all without direct ties to the “digital revolution” management initiatives.
