We are a technology company! Ha! You can keep dreaming - everything you own or have is licensed platforms from all the “real” technology companies.

Been in business since 1784 - it’s akin to meaning we are old, inflexible, not up with the times.

Named this and named that - oh really? So if you asked your clients and targets what your known for I’ll bet dollars to donuts the first thing out of their mouths will NOT be “named for this, won that award, named for that”. You want to be recognized then win something of real value.

I can't stand listening to people in webex meetings who constantly add "right?", "you know?", etc to the end of almost every sentence out of their mouth.

Also, people who say we're "sort of" doing this, and we're "sort of" doing that. Well, are you doing it or not? It sounds so indecisive.

Do people realize that Digital is an entire business line at the bank? In fact, Asset Servicing, our biggest business, was combined with Digital in February to create one org, “Asset Servicing and Digital.” Beyond the digital strategy work they’re doing, they’ve just announced Data & Analytics solutions as a new revenue generating business and have set up many partnerships with fin techs and larger providers which have gone a long way with client sentiment. Not sure why so many people are annoyed with “Digital,” the group does a lot of the same work that was done before within strategy units in the different business lines, they’ve just centralized it and put it under Roman.
