Is it true that IBM only provides 1 month severance in this latest round of layoffs? If it is, then this is a new level of low.

I was laid off last year during the June RA, effective in September. I only got one month severance.
30day notice and 90 day separation payment is what I was told about.
No severance package at all
I received 30 days notice and separation payment Equal to 90 days base salary.
MIne was one month notice
