Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

Culling Season Start Timing

Culling season will not start till after the quarter end so that they can milk the last drop to focus on pushing out as much parts as possible. If you want to prolong this ordeal, start a strike and not ship anything out this last week for the quarter. This will put everything on uncommitted deliveries which RIF plans will have to be shelved to ensure that there is enough people to meet deliveries.
This, though, will be wishful thinking. In the end, this company will be filled with talkers rather than doers. Most engineering jobs will be moving to India while parts will be made by suppliers. Honeyhell will be nothing but just a brand name.

All but two JLL employees at Deer Valley were let go. Not sure what the actual number was. Just waiting for my walking papers. Its been a long run for me and now its time to exit. I do not even recognize this place anymore.

Let us know how the “strike” works out for you. Pretty sure you’ll get canned before the RIF even happens. We’re pretty much along for the ride unless there are outside options to entertain. That’s about it. Wait it out or hit the road. Two options. Count them. Two.
