I also retired from NOV and look at this site. Still have many friends at the company. Also have NOV stock and truly hope the company does well for my friends and for myself. If you don’t like NOV, please leave so someone else that does, may be able to keep their job. Good luck!

He's only telling the truth, I normally don't look at this, but I'm getting word of another layoff. We already lost 50+ employees, some were great and others needed to go. This may be for the NOV plant of my location only, but it seems that it is indeed there. You can throw slander to those who retire or left early to not put up with the c-ap, but kudos to them. I will ride the sinking ship and do what I can to keep it afloat then when I believe it's my time, then I'll be ready.
Coming from you I shall take that as a complement (sarcasm - use a dictionary)

Yes disgusting but I suppose when you are staring at a future as bleak as only being able to work for NOV due to your ignorance and lack of prospects it must lead to lot of internal sadness and self pity. This in turn leads to petty on line attempts to make oneself feel superior.
