I think propulsion engines my be sold.
There isn't much demand for their existing cores and it would be a huge expense to develop a new competitive core. Honeywell will not be spending that type of money any time soon. So, one can project the part sales and msp revenue burn down rates over the next 20 years quite easily. If there is genuine fear that GE will re-engine the T55, it make sense to do it now rather than later.

If Corporate top leaders were to get a big payday for a sale / spin-off they would do it. That's all hat drives their decision. In the long run it may be better for workers. DA has said we are becoming a software / services company.

Aerospace is Honeywell’s bread & butter. Upper management has been known to make some pretty mo–nic decisions, but no way are they considering this move. Same reason why that hedge fund wasn’t able to talk them into selling.
For the record I am not a lemming, so I don’t watch CNNFOXMSNBC. I get all my news from a much more credible source....South Park.

Also heard big news and changes in august. Also heard aero was being sold.
Well actually I have also heard that breaking the company SBGs into sub-parts and offloading them is under discussion. Aero currently being the number one that gets mentioned. So, maybe a rumor, but if so it's definitely flying
