Yeah what will the new visual guidelines look like ?? I read the post about Scott Devine’s group. With the new change and merge with ops and merchandising, what will the new visual workload look like ? Our stores will look drastically different now.

Visual is looking to be very streamline. Very few directives. Less changing 9 blocks, change the trips at the doors for the big sales only. Leave Sale Sale Sale the rest of the time. Etc.
This made me laugh. I left the company a few years ago and observe that the less people they keep the more acronyms there are. I do not know what any of them mean. I wish all of you a good future.
This is the reason there are so many problems. How is it an operations manager is going to do a visual manager's job. How did the OP/AP or HR/AP work out? This is just bunkers!!!

SM-Sales Manager (could cause confusion with Store Manager )
AP/OP: Operations Manager/Loss Prevention
EDP: Executive Development Program
MBA: rumored new position.. Manager of Business Admin
