How are people who are still working on site notified? Do they get a meeting notice via teams? Does HR come tap them on the shoulder? Did everyone who is getting RIFed already get a meeting notice?

So they let you go while you are at your desk, in front of all your co-workers?!
It's been an email notice of teams meeting, with HR coming by shortly thereafter to babysit you while you clean out desk and escort you out in our departments.
