I was at 265% average last year with an RIS over 90%. My target compensation number increased by a little over $2,000 however if (and will never happen) I'm able to max out with the new system I'm down over $30k. So the smoke blown up high performers a– of a pay jump is a slap in the face.
Please share your percentage base pay increase if you exceeded your target commission in 2019 and get extra pay increase (tier 1: 100%-115%, tier 2: 115-150%, tier 3: 150+)
