How are individuals notified if selected for Involuntary RIF?

Call with voice, hr, and peers sounds more like reorg or redesign is coming. They would not rig in front of others but they have to do a reorg that way.
One-on-one meeting set up by my manager with HR rep invited.
Meeting notice with VP and HR.
Some worthless VP b–ch and your director set up a meeting. Happened to me last round.
@uez - There’s no way that you would be RIF’d in front of your peers.
I Have a conference call with a VP, HR and peers on 6/25.
I expect to be wacked.

I am hearing some of customer and product support has set up meetings with those impacted. I am not sure if all groups are doing it this way. It is very sad to see so many great people leave.

Correct, I got my meeting notice already for 8am tomorrow morning (6/25 Phoenix). It was set up by VP and included Sr HR mgr
Most likely a meeting ( 30 minutes) with a director or above and HR.
