I'm having mine pack everything up, cannot take a chance on getting COVID by entering a Honeywell facility. Now to convince them to Fedex it to me. Hope he enjoys packing my tampon stash and my children's artwork.

I watched as some poor guys team mate had to box his friends stuff up who was laid off through a zoom call. Apperantly the manager who did not want to do it thought it would be funny to just throw all his stuff away instead of packing it up. When one of his teammates said something about it the manager gave him an ultimatum and said that he could pack it up for him or watch as it all went into the trash.
This was a clear and gross abuse of power that appears to becoming more and more common at our plant. The sad thing is the manager will most likely not be reprimanded because he is besties with the site leader.....

The HR person babysitting people who come in to box their own stuff at our site does not wear a mask to minimize risk to you or themselves.
You will get your stuff, piled in a box. If you have anything glass (frames, etc) expect them to be broken.
I'm not sure what's sadder. You thinking a manger is going to box yoir stuff or you thinking you'll actually get it.
It will be some poor admin who gets to pack your stuff, not some manager. Like they dont have enough to deal with...
