Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

Too funny

Looked up my new company on lay-off and there hasn’t been a post from anyone in 6 months. Honeywell doesn’t go more than 20 seconds without a post. Shows just what a sh– hole Honeywell really is.

I was a poster on this site while at Honeywell.

New company, not a single post from me.

Hmm, you need to leave Honeywell to cure being a complainer.

Just a function of how layoffs are done. Raytheon, northrup, lockheed layoff in large quick actions. Honeywell does it by driving the herd and picking off the stragglers. Next year the defense contracts will evaporate and those companies will be hit. Raytheon missiles in tucson especially for a few reasons.

It's not that Honeywell engineers are the biggest complainers, it's because Honeywell leaders treat their engineers worse than any peer company.

Does your new company happen to be Pizza Hut?

Yup. It’s the same situation at my new company.

This site is a good indicator on whether to join a company. Make sure you’re well compensated if you do want to join Honeywell because they’ll constantly reduce total compensation ever year.

It’s funny because it’s true.
