These call outs are getting so ridiculous everytime you go to work your doing the job of 3 associates so you have to recharge yourself don't get me wrong I'm glad I have a job but sometimes it becomes overwhelming and I know some people will be like stop crying 😢 and do your job thats fine and I know I'm not alone and to everyone thank you for all the hard work yall put in everyday because I know its tough out there.

Home office, down to the manager, down to assistant managers and further down to team leads DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU! In fact, if you've been there approx 10 years or longer, they treat you like dog sh** and enjoy every second of it. Would love to see you quit. Although you don't want them to get their way, it is sometimes best to get the he** out to save your sanity and work for one of the many other better places. Why would you think that place is all there is? Look around!
Call outs or not we were already doing the jobs of 3 people ! The am merchandising is a joke. We do almost all stocking. There is zero organization. It is a constant cluster f@##@ . 80 percent of the time we have to drop our own stuff which severely cuts down on stocking time. Some associates do whatever they want with no impunity. And at noon the place goes into a panic because they know the real workers are leaving in half an hour. Suddenly thing need dropped or moved . We have a manager who has you out with a lift dropping and stocking at the very last minute knowing you can't get out on time. This is the p–p making people take advantage of no points.
Their motive is to save money only! They don’t care how much work needs to be done or how many people it takes to do the job. It’s all about just saving money. So if you have to do club pick, mount tires and stock without them hiring anyone to help so they can save money, then that’s what’s gonna happen. Why do you think they got rid of night crew? They literally just shoved that crew on days and gave them every single task besides washing the dam parking lot.
Guess what? The company doesn't care if you do the work of 3 people. In fact, they actively created the environment to make that happen. When they work you to death by forcing you to do the work of multiple workers, they save money. When you burn out, they save money by hiring another schmuck at a lower wage with fewer PTO hours.
