Any email from DA, MM, KS - any leader is just BS and goes straight to the trash. I don't waste a second looking at it let alone read any word. They have an agenda and employees are not a part of it.
i laughed when i saw that as well. what a mess. the m—acre continues today. Sales, GCOE and compliance.
This is a pattern of behavior. HR promotions as word of RIF is released? DA congratulatory ISC email? These people either don't know what they're doing or are utterly tone deaf and clueless - or both. How could you trust anyone in HON leadership when they can't grasp the value of employees - employees that can either sink the company or propel it to success.

Hon leadership hasn’t impressed with the ability to make large, sound investments toward growth. Between Aero advanced tech projects, HQ moves, the Atlanta strategy, HOS, and ruthless suppression of organic improvement initiatives; they just don’t know what to do with the talent and cash.
There’s plenty of Defense business unit leaders that could teach Corp about how to take .gov money, burn it, and get awarded more for a job poorly done. But that would require accepting that some peon knows anything about business - the ALT and Corp egos couldn’t take it.
He forgot to thank them all for the furloughs and the one to come for several ISC sites week of July 6th.
Employees respect cut throat CEOs that grow the company. This guy just gives hand-obs to mutual funds, hedge funds, and ETFs aka “The Shareowners”. No real person from Wall Street is demanding he lay-off 50% of the company. The Fed is buying corporate bonds, why isn’t this dumb–s borrowing money and putting the foot on the gas to steal business from competitors? Because DA is a Low IQ Leader that has underwent gender reassignment surgery.

Wow. I can’t tell if this is pure tone deaf ignorance or level 100 trolling. If the CEO is so disconnected he wasn’t aware of mass layoffs on the day he authorized that to be sent is one major problem. Or if the CEO gives zero f..ks about sending an email like that on a day of mass layoffs is a whole different major problem.

Yeah, I started looking for a new job when they threw a big party congratulating our site for getting to HOS Silver and told us that we were a huge success story that was really leading the way, followed a few days later by announcing involuntary furloughs for the weeks before Christmas. I also saw them deliberately (I say this because it was a known issue before I started and continued after it was escalated for years afterwards) where they would hire Engineer Is and Engineer IIs, and then give them a "salary adjustment" to give them the minimum salary possible. This also erases any documentation that you advanced in your role. I was told by my manager that I should request to have it fixed and years later I was told I wasn't a good candidate for a promotion because I had been demoted in the past. I asked HR to fix this. The same HR person brought up my "demotion" during my exit interview. They do not have your interest at heart. They are not a good stepping stone company. If you have other options take them.
