Anyone get there meeting request yet today at Olathe? Just wondering if they finished up last week or were waiting till today to do most of them. Also is it just going to be people like engineering or salaried people or is production and R&O in the crosshair as well?

Today it seems to be only salaried and indirect employees. So far I know of 2 R&O Supervisors, R&O Quality Manager and R&O Material Management Manager. One of the Supervisors was the only Supervisor on 2nd shift. There is now not any leadership on 2nd. Probably going to get rid of 2nd shift and move us all to 1st. It’s clear that they aren’t trying to save the business. They’re hiding behind COVID to execute their long term goals which would normally take years and millions of dollars.

How many cuts and what positions ?
DEEP CUTS in Olathe. Many valued people gone, all levels of salaried people hit. Not sure what the plan is for the site but a lot of people that kept us going left today. My morale is gone and I'm almost hoping I'm next.
