Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

So many questions, so few answers

I guess that's the point. It's easier to keep us in line when we are worried and don't know if we'll still have a job before the week or month ends.

Is there anybody who can tell us for sure if this round of layoffs is done or if there'll be more this week? Some clarity would do all of us some good.

The RIFs sure as H3ll aint over yet, but agreed w/comment below, HON AERO is done. That is why the id–t bean counters RIF'd anyone who knew what they were doing and left only low paid ignorants to play like there is something left of the company. The owner of Vitron Mfg saw this coming prior to Coronavirus and pulled his work in, stopped pushing HON product. Vitron isn't going to be left high and dry. HON wasn't paying their bills before. Doesn't look like they're going to either.

HON AERO is finished. New airplane production is almost 0, and use aftermarket sales are not far. There's no way for this h3llhole division to make any money. MM knows it's time to hand it over to the Indians to write code and transform HON AERO into the cutting edge software industrial company it's destined to be. Lol.

How long have you worked for Corporate America? Is there really such thing as job security? As long as you are employed by individuals that only care about the stock price and their golden parachutes...
