Engines managers SHOCKED!

Managers at Engines are stunned by their employees that were RIFd. Highly experienced staff. This is the sign that employees with the lowest severance weeks were let go; they need quickest labor dollar impact which equals big trouble for Aero.

The will be many people leaving in the next six months for those seeking non-aerospace industries. Me too.

Get out where? With the unemployment rate this high, you will be thankful if you could get a job flipping burgers. If anybody has any clue to where there are jobs to be had, please post it here.

Managers are shocked - because without enough direct reports, they’ll be next to get cut

Engines managers shocked? Why? They know this game. If anything they are sad because all of this means they will have to work harder to get others to provide leadership in their stead. Not so easy anymore when all of your options are gone. I don’t need Honeywell anymore so I’ll take advantage until I feel like leaving. They won’t miss me nor I them.

Yea I was spared but I'm still going to leave. I'm not gonna hang around this place; it's done.
