Ad in our local indeed.com. HLE MANAGER TRAINEE for DTG. DTG??? They must be changing Hertz signs into DTG because the same location was a HERTZ HLE. They also must be getting rid of Airport locations and moving all DTG to HLE's.

Recruiters were not concerned about quality it was quantity! I just had to push 30 people through! Then the hiring managers were so desperate they hired anyone with a pulse. I recall we hired person with DUI
OMG people. They got rid of the recruiters and now have the janitor posting ads when he is not cleaning toilets.
2 posted positions, first in Sarasota-Bradenton and the 2nd is in Fitchburg, MA. Small airport locations that are run by HLE that have multiple brands. Not sure this constitutes as Breaking News.
It’s true about the quota. When times were better, I heard the recruiters had to hire 27 hires no matter what. Employees at Hertz are just numbers to people.
Probably a confused recruiter posted it incorrectly. They are just trying to get their quota of hires.
Maybe get rid of them at airport and combine dtg and hertz hle together.
