In the middle of the layoffs and retirements Tempe has their entire return to service inspection staff on quarantine till about July 13th. A specialized process with no backup.

That's not what my boss says, too slow, think too much, don't "get it", not focused on metrics, not doing "standard work", helping others too much, yada yada, everyday. A real groundhog day scenario
