Another round of layoffs is in the works. Airport CE Directors to be let go in late August. New leadership hierarchy to look more like it was pre-2017.

Please get rid of the Southwest regions ZVP!!! We will all work twice as hard if you do.
A lot of the Directors don't carry their weight and should be let go. Sadly these will probably be the ones that remain and the hard working knowledgable Directors will get cut. Seems to be the way it always goes with Hertz, favoritism and politics ahead of performance.
Since the most rececnt call with creditors did not go well another round of layoff coming soon. Estero knows we are short staffed but we simply do not have the money tp keep the payroll.Sorrry but for us to make it a few more months we have to reduce the workforce again. Expect another 20% across all teams.
I hope this is true. Directors at the AP are useless.
