My last day was Tuesday, I tried to get on Insite just now on Friday and I couldn’t. I thought we were able to get on for the next 30 days. Anyone else have that problem??

As of last Thursday, I was unable to log on to insite after being let go from Macy's on June 30th. I tired signing as a former colleague but did not have the option to reset my password after several failed attempts.
Your password should have reset to temp and the last four of your social (temp####). You will be prompted to change it once you login is as a former colleague.
Did the same thing....reset password with IT's help.
I also had the same problem.So I called hr services and I told them I took the severance they gave me a temporary password and login as former colleague then rest your new password.
