Why do FORMER employees come to a message board about Layoffs?!? Are you kiddin me? This isn’t a board for yokels to gloat about who they fired, it’s for transparency in the industry for others to hear about when and how a company disperses with their staff. No other outlet will cover these stories.

You are free to go post more fake 1 line gloating reviews on Glassdoor. But don’t expect this board to love any bit of the company.

Yeah, leadership doesn't exists at fiserv anymore @qcy+15NsdJZD. I bet lots of people have complained about 401k match going away, sh–ty raises, and ESPP plan getting removed, and random RIF's that even the VP's of their divisions can't stop. Obviously, all of these complaints go on def ears, and the senior micromanagement groups doesn't show they care much. This is all based on their lack of actions to support employees for the past 12 months. Maybe they should step up or step down, because what they are doing isn't helping retain talent, improve morale or the ability to get new top tier talent. –A Former Employee

You cannot dominate when your company policies are so horrible that you scare all your good talent away or just straight out fire them on a monthly basis based on their number rank on a spreadsheet.

I’ve read a number of positive articles from respected publications about frank, his career and leadership. I could see a real positive change coming at fiserv
