Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

Is there anybody left to cut?

Realistically, can Honeywell cut any more employees and still expect to see work continue uninterrupted? We are working on skeleton crews as it is, I simply don't see a way for them to lay off anybody else without major consequences for productivity. Unless the end goal is Chapter 7. Then it all makes sense.

@rlp Space lost a few. Not as many as many other areas, but a few.

Question. Why are former employee trolling this site and warning us to leave, like they have some divine revelation now that they have left? Get over it and move. You all sound like crazy ex girlfriends.

As far as I know, Space has not undergone any cuts although I know of a few that have left voluntarily.

You are still around to post this therefore, you are still available to be cut.
Its a irrelevant post which begs for sarcasm. Honeywell will survive no matter the challenges on the backs on the people that have built it and people will be sacrificed for the same reason as well

Your real question is if they are going to a sunset phase and k–l off any RnD. It takes decades to turn a profit on a new centerline engine or APU.

There are definitely some SBU's that have held off on doing any cutting, yet. Some, or many of those are software related. Sales not as hard hit before now, but looking hard to maintain. Just a matter of time before those human sacrifices begin...

End goal is to sell off whatever remains after the last drop of blood is extracted. They take that cash to buy up the next golden goose to slay.

Productivity isn’t part of the extraction process, so don’t expect that force to hold up against the collapse into a black hole.

Get out if you can
