If they did, they would not be getting rid of the most experienced and most knowledgeable employees in every new layoff round. Instead of investing in the future, they are gutting it. It's not too hard to figure out there is no long-term plan for this place. Allstate has an expiration date. It might be sad to realize that, but it's the reality we can't escape.
