Has anyone heard more about the FSL role and how it will be impacted?

The FSL job is not a glorified email forwarder. If your (assuming you're an agent or whatnot) FSL simply does that, then they should be let go. This FSL works incredibly hard with their agents and their staff.
The regions had a big push to fill FSL positions a few years ago and ended up putting people in those roles that probably should have been left empty, now they will do cuts and will they cut the ones that shouldn't be there or will they cut the ones who have the experience?
Reduced positions and they will get double or more agents to deal with. The position has become a glorified email forwarder over the last few years.
There are several roles related to sales leadership and agency owner recruitment that are now under review, this does not mean the roles are safe, only that you have a few more weeks of stressful days.
Some of the roles are more safe than others, Allstate has been paying employees to basically do the owners job of staffing their own business, the company has been pushing the owners to take more responsibility for their business and that includes staffing.
