OCI RSU Stock Option Scam

I know this is not something thats appropriate to expect a bonus/hike/stock grant but I want to show the hypocrisy here with DJ, CM from OCI. Last week in OCI All Hands they boasted as if all employees are valued and there is a merit based process underway to give stock grants and promotions. Simultaneously across OCI/GIT/Support Orgs there were layoffs. Many people working for many years sent home.

This week we learnt this, the whole RSU is a scam, as only a select few Loyalists of the M levels got nominated and got any awarded. For rest of the team they didnt do a review at all. So the whole process is run only for a select few as it seems. I didnt think they will give me any nor they did ever but Scammers as you all know.

Oracle has never been a survival of the fittest company.

Oracle is an ATTACK the fittest company. Attack the fittest, sabotage them, cheat them, screw them over until they leave. They are the competition for all the incompetent dishonest scum that work at Oracle and they are never allowed to succeed at Oracle, because it would make the rest of the people look bad.

This is the real reason why Oracle is failing. If good people are harassed out of the company, the company loses in the end.

Layoffs in OCI? I heard there are no layoffs in OCI and usually happens in non-OCI teams. Can you elaborate more please

Thanks for having the stones to share this. The RSU “bonus” scheme is indeed a scam. OCI doesn’t give bonuses or raises of any kind.

You should post this on Glassdoor and Blind.
