Let me start by saying, I am absolutely no fan of FB or any of his JPMC cronies. I truly believe they do not give a c-ap about the employees from OFS OR OFD. They care about themselves the way typical greedy narcissists do. Yes, there is life outside of Fiserv. Yes. you will most defintely find better jobs and more money. I worked for both companies. The division of Fiserv I worked for paid awful. I actually liked First Data and was paid a lot more and felt valued. This was BEFORE KKR purchased First Data and BEFORE FB was at the helm. The debt everyone is attributing to FB and his cronies was existing before KKR brought him in. First Data actually saw their first profitable year after quite a few under FB's direction. I am just putting this out there to be fair and correct something that is often stated on this site. The reduction of benefits, the reduction in staff with no consideration to the talent of the employee, the low morale - yup, that is all Frank... just not all the FD debt.

We can't name one person because we are not allowed to name anyone on this board.

So much fake news on this board it is pathetic. FB was instrumental in turning FirstData around and making it a success story. Now he has taken on the massive task of making fiserv great again. Make no mistake, fiserv was a mess before First Data came knocking and needs a leader like FB to put it back on track. This is a massive hill to climb and I am proud to be on board for the long haul. If you work there you need to either get on board or jump ship now, we don't need to carry the dead weight.

OFD is awful. disorganized, no standards, no automation, i have no idea how they ever passed a security audit. OFD is a dumpster fire, and now fiserv has to come in and fix your sh–, but the leadership wont let fiserv people fix the sh–. that sums it up.
And now a SVP has left fiserv today.

Why are there so many posts whining about spying? There is no large organization in the nation that does not proactively monitor employees. What was your expectation, seriously? Did you think that OFS wasn't spying?

No one at Fiserv now is lucky. You've all got your d—s so far up management's a– that you can't even see in front of you. You are merely hiding behind the Fiserv name because the First Data name is trash in the industry. Truth hurts.
