All get together to your voice out

Hey, whoever gets put in PIP for no valid reasons or chooses to leave, why not all get together to get your voice into the pubic?

If you go to the job market, XOM is not paying any better than others after the bonus. I assume you were hired into XOM after graduation from college so you are being so "disconnected" from the real world. I also bet you are the one that knows nothing but sitting in the meeting all day long and do nothing but passing information to upper managers.

Why are you here? I assume you were not served your PIP.

Toxic work environment? Majority of us make six figures easy for years. You think this is google with their nap pods? No company is going to coddle you just because you have been loyal to it and not leave.

it is not meant for public to help us. it s meant to warn the future people to emphasize how toxic the working environment is

I bet you are one of those benefited from biased ranking. Otherwise, why would you defend EM? I know how hard I worked and that I am technically more capable than some of those ranked much higher than me. I was getting fed up with others taking credit for my work. Maybe it was time to break free..

Probably because the public won't care. In all honesty, I can't see the public caring all that much for O&G employees losing their job when public perception is completely against oil production in the 1st place.

As a company that is abiding by the laws, is exxonmobil laying off >500 employees to be considered a mass layoff or are the people posting on this site just salty that they think they contribute more than they actually do?

If paying you is contingent on your silence, that's called HUSH MONEY. Are they really that sorry?
