Allstat is laying folks off, yet Eric Brandt is sending out an emailing talking about these are exciting times. For who? What's exciting about being laid off? SMH! Out of touch much?? Shame on Allstate! If I make the cut, I will still look to take my talent elsewhere. Ain't nothing exciting about being unemployed in a pandemic! No debate!!

That was bizarre that these are exciting times and the layoffs will be “thoughtful”?? They really must think we are a bunch of id–ts or like sheep. No one talks that way in real life to your friends and family. They would disown you if you did
I do agree with the original poster, it’s really insulting to be told these are “exciting times” when you may be losing employment.

I didn't ask for your opinion. I said what I said. Thank you. Notice it said if, why would I quit before, they giving me my severance and paying me unemployment. Heck you thought!!
If that is your plan, to leave Allstate any way, please do it now so someone might not be impacted who wants to continue working for Allstate
