That's where the real problem with this company lies. Until all the execs and the entire upper management are removed and replaced with people who actually know how to run a company we will not see any improvements. This leadership will just continue to attempt to solve all of our problems with layoffs - which never actually works, as we've all seen many times .

Well I don't agree with everything all state is doing I do know this first hand the quality customer service being provided by a significant amount of Allstate employees is horrible. 4 and 5 customer inquiries to obtain a status on their claim and no action taken by claim owners even with a file note and email and IM requesting they give a call to the customer because you've done everything you could do except make that liability decision or settle that total loss or issue that payment over your authority so it's not just upper management the front line is Allstate and our service has been lacking
Couldn't agree more. How better to cut millions of dollars of worthless dead weight straight off the top who have zero knowledge and worth to the company other than kissing the arses of shareholders and each other. This would improve morale as these people are universally despised and disliked within the company as well as allow hundreds if not thousands of jobs of those who make a difference and actually run this company to be saved. Start at the top and get more for your head chopping buck!
