We have been creating this new WSR (web service request) profile for claims functions since late 2019. We first received the project in April 2019. Last time we received a project like this was for the processing moves to India around 2017. India receives almost all their work via WSR. I am not in the area that assigns profiles to the WSR and don't believe this has started yet. At the very least the claims work will be streamlined and changed for less overall headcount in the states if the work isn't moved to India which we highly suspect.

Yes, which parts of claims? FNOL? Litigation? Who is going to handle Medicare?
