A lot of bs posted on this forum, hard to tell which information is valid. If anyone has any real information then comment if you just have opinions. SHUT UP! That notice went to ALL employees in the claims organization. Auto, Property, Casualty QA etc..
We were told today that we will be learning FNOL for major CATs. So when a major CAT hits it will be all hands on deck for FNOL!
With talks of 40-50% reduction in claims auto and property combining in many areas. Hence the learning. We need to prepare to be busy beavers for the same amount of money.
Everyone is supposed to know how to do cat fnol regardless of position there was an article about it last week I think
