Lance's s compensation from the 2018 fiscal year. https://www1.salary.com/Lance-M-Fritz-Salary-Bonus-Stock-Options-for-UNION-PACIFIC-CORP.html

I don't know what Lance's agreement is for his total compensation package, it is likely that it is based on how the stock does.

How does Lance's shared RULA sacrifice actually affect him?
Lance's base salary is $1,141,667...so he makes about $21,955.13/week. Four weeks of unpaid time off ends up costing him about $87,820.54. Out of his total compensation of $12,788,027 that is a hit to his yearly income of about .68% based on 2018's numbers. Hope my math is right there.

RULA just so happens to be Lance's best game theory choice for him to maximize his pay. Looks like
everyone else is being sacrificed to protect his compensation.
