% to be higher at more senior levels

Any insight what MW meant with that?

Top deck is still the same cast of characters! These are the leaders who made those bad decisions and yet they are spared from going through the ROM process. Lucky guys and gals!

Agree with @bhh+15b73SRw, the CTC VPs are all PSG30 and above. Several newly minted VPs were promoted from 28/29. If MW meant "senior" as PSG25-27, then those poor technical folks will suffer.

In one of the org charts there is a GM Decision analysis and a Manager - Decision making.

He can't be talking about PSG 30+ because so far there have been additions and not reductions! Unlike BP who cut 50% of top 200 execs.

That 25-27 group is going to get hammered. We have been promoting people like crazy for the past ten years. I do wish they would announce general guidelines on how many people will be assigned to a supervisor. Not this one or two people c-ap. Contractors don’t count.
