I got in trouble for working full 40 hour weeks recently...
No such thing as “overtime” for most of my department. Those of us on salary have always been available 24/7. That has worked so far, but if we start to use that time to do someone else’s job, that’s when the btchng will start.
This is what happens when you lay off good people and expect those remaining to s— it up and own it. I am so glad they laid me off last year...
