I'm a merchandising lead and got coached today for an audit being wrong I'm the only one going 18 plus audits a month the other three team leads have been told they don't have to do audits and they threatened to fire me over.

I do all the audits at my club and then get questioned why the pallets aren’t straight or something wasn’t set to layout.
Can’t have it both ways. This is a job that used to have 3 people who did nothing but audits. Can’t expect the results and quality to be the same.
I seriously doubt 3 leads was told to NOT do audits. I seriously doubt you got coached for a WRONG audit, you most likely got caught cheating the numbers (printing report and manually rekeying those exact same numbers and quantity) I can see that as getting fired or coached. Accept responsibility and stop blaming other people.
At my store the GM is fully aware of ALL coachings. Especially those given to a lead. You either lied on your audit numbers or didn't count the items you entered for your coaching to go through. Guaranteed it went through a process before you got coached.

Thats not right I would call corporate because every team lead suppose to do audits.
