Coachings for masks

I'm a merch lead. Currently I have a team of people working overnights for the podless reset. My team has been wearing masks the whole shift, but this morning a manager noticed one of my associates' nose slipped out of the top of his mask so she directed me to coach him for it and label it as a HIPPA violation. I didnt even see it to begin with and this most definitely isnt a HIPPA violation. Is this happening at your club?

Don't coach that person. A was a conversation had to previous to that incident. B what actually happened did they need to take a breath for a second or was it just an accident.
Unless its a serious violation one should never use the disciplinary process as the first thing to do.
Ask. Tell. Coach. You have to do the right thing by company standards and for your associates.

wearing a mask should be a personal choice we worked through the worst of this with no mask's a lawsuit get's filed and now manager's as always overreact making people wear a mask now does not erase the fact that they did nothing until after they were sued.

When the store closes, the mask come off. End of conversation. We're grown adults, capable of making our own decisions. We wear mask whenever there is a member present, but it's the same six or eight people at night. We eat together, work together, some of us share rides and a few of us party together. What good would mask do us?

'A HIPAA violation is a failure to comply with any aspect of HIPAA standards and provisions detailed in detailed in 45 CFR Parts 160, 162, and 164. ... There are hundreds of ways that HIPAA Rules can be violated, although the most common HIPAA violations are: Impermissible disclosures of protected health information (PHI)'

Hell no. Most of our associates and several managers don't even wear a mask until the club opens for members.
