It looks like you must now also comment on BLM and support it by apologizing for your racist tendencies. Starting next week you will he asked to black out of workplace image.

I just steal the good posts that others spend so much time composing and I turn around and change a few words here to make it my own. Mostly I take two or three sentences from several posts, stick them together and give it some polish. Voila! Every week, I’m able to get two contributions posted on Workplace and regularly I receive compliments or good feedback.

Of course, you will be considered based on your track record, likeability, gender, age and workplace posting frequency, not necessarily in that order.

I supposed it will depend on your job. I know for some managers it’s literally on their PMP that they have to post “x” number of posts on workplace. I am not quite cynical enough to think it would affect the jobs of individual technical contributors who think workplace is a distraction from their job to get oil out of the ground and to market.

Using more emojis is also a +. Considered as a sign of being diverse by HR.

Yes. Perception is everything. People who animate PowerPoints well will also be chosen.

Yes. I have asked several managers about that and it has been confirmed by a reliable source.
