The goal of Hon leadership is not to make good products or deliver good services it is to cut cost. The expense of maintaining a bldg go away and they will replace the heads at Tempe less than 1 for 1.
Even before COVID there was a push to reduce roof space.
What is Honeywell’s logic in this move? Everyone in NC knows that Anniston is a cashcow.
Tempe is not ready for the transition. The space is open but they have no idea. It’s going to be a mess. We all know the Tempe compressors are are old and on their last leg. Good luck.
I’m ready! Rip the bandaid off! Time to move on.

It would be my guess that it depends on Tempe getting its act together. So far, nobody new has been hired. I was told, all postings will be internal and no merit increases or promotions (incentives) will be offered. I see it taking at least a year even if executed flawlessly. From what I've seen so far I'm not impressed.
