We lost sight on what customer service means

A member needed help in click and pull and the associate went on lunch and they had one call out so the COS said screw that wait to the associate comes back from lunch to help the member and the COS was just standing in the front doing nothing so I went over to help and all she wanted was to add some produce to her order.

There is not a lot of customer service in sams club. I have noticed that it's all for one and one is me. They are going to make wearing a mask part of the uniform dress code which isn't a bad idea so we don't have to listen to lib spew coming from associates who think they are entitled to everything

Home office is the one who got rid of customer service with regards to click n pulls. There were people assigned to this job, made it a priority to serve the members. To make sure the orders were pulled and dispensed. I know, I was one. After they deleted my job title, my manager ordered me to stay away from anything to do with click n pull. Said it wasn't my job anymore. Ok, lesson learned. Now I could care less about click n pull. Not only will I stand there, I'll walk away. ANd the one time my manager reprimanded me for walking away, I reminded him of his words, that he said he'd coach me if I had anything to do with click n pulls again.
