Not only is it less hours BUT you pay more for insurance and your vacation time gets cut! It’s not worth it. If you’re 40 hours a week don’t change! It will not benefit you and if it looks like it will, it’s a lie and they will change it after people switch.

I loved the way they position the additional part time positions as a benefit for work life balance. Here, take less hours and less pay!

This has been part of the Verizon master plan for years. Covid is the great scapegoat. “We are doing this for more work life balance and better security for our employees. I call b—s—.

So is the commission at risk guaranteed month by month basis? And what do they mean about the 40 hours shifts and the new part time 24 hour and 32 hour shifts? Is the Commission at risk lower and by how much for part timers? What about the people redeployed to work from home? When will they come back to stores?

They didn’t say commission its divided up equally, they sugar coated the fact that we will have “more consistent income”. It’s fine. Enjoy expecting the same results and making 40k a year.

So the reps that constantly hit over 2k-4k are gonna take a huge paycut basically... very sad they would do this. Store will see productivity drop dramatically...

Target commission for retail employees is divided up and added into your base salary. More base salary essentially.
