Novartis says Pfizer wins. Do you take the red pillow or the blue pillow, Neo?
@1iak+15igmsc0 You need to work on your punctuation.
Omg someone forgot an E on a word shutdown the whole forum. * Sirens blare *
Not only is it less hours BUT you pay more for insurance and your vacation time gets cut! It’s not worth it. If you’re 40 hours a week don’t change! It will not benefit you and if it looks like it will, it’s a lie and they will change it after people switch.
I loved the way they position the additional part time positions as a benefit for work life balance. Here, take less hours and less pay!
This has been part of the Verizon master plan for years. Covid is the great scapegoat. “We are doing this for more work life balance and better security for our employees. I call b—s—.

At least all the used car salesmen know proper grammar and spelling. It’s here not her dumb–s
I like how all the p-ss-d off used car sales men are on her complaining. Don't let the door hit you on the way out.
A lot of organzational synergies were announced. First reorg and the cut the ones that are not left with a chair once the music stops.
Looks like the stores will be used for instore pick-up, curbside pick-up, and account support.
Disincentive to top performers, model usually does not work
So is the commission at risk guaranteed month by month basis? And what do they mean about the 40 hours shifts and the new part time 24 hour and 32 hour shifts? Is the Commission at risk lower and by how much for part timers? What about the people redeployed to work from home? When will they come back to stores?
The digging up the failed “Earn the Right” process again. This time “more human”. Lol
They didn’t say commission its divided up equally, they sugar coated the fact that we will have “more consistent income”. It’s fine. Enjoy expecting the same results and making 40k a year.
buh bye scammers and slammers
Its been long past time Verizon stop over paying you f—ers.
No one should make 100k selling phones in a retail store. NO ONE
So the reps that constantly hit over 2k-4k are gonna take a huge paycut basically... very sad they would do this. Store will see productivity drop dramatically...
This is gonna change everything
Target commission for retail employees is divided up and added into your base salary. More base salary essentially.
You can watch on Twitter Up to Speed. No log in needed.
commission is gone
I missed it what does that mean ?
