Evaluations are being done on how to best move HQ operations to TX and have staff either relocate or be replaced
This makes alot of sense but i dont think many people are ready for this...

Wouldn’t 215 Fremont go before 211 Main? Or are we no longer leasing space from Fitbit?

The HQ move is to Westlake. This is old news. This is to align with the TD acquisition which looks like it will go through. Timeframe it was about 18 months, back in last November. Clock is ticking. Tick tock tick tock, driving it like a sock.
At least at home I can get away with pretending to not work. All hail enlighten!
We are all returning to work around September. And leadership believes there are all these crazy people, yes crazy in my eyes, that want to return to the office to establish that personal relationship. Personally, I like working at home in my underwear, where I don't even have to turn on video during WebEx.
You have a good 6 months left, this is a 2021 deal, people will be able to work from home for the rest of the year. however, Covid has accelerated the plans for the HQ move, its going to be a huge cost savings effort and the new TD merge will be cemented with HQ in TX.

Most of the SMDs, VPs, and SVPs are really good. We do have way too many MDs and to some extent, MPs.

Very doubtful as we are still renting 1.5 floors from Fitbit in 215 Fremont for the Digital folks. In addition we signed a new lease not so long ago, which hefty penalties if we were to move. Extremely doubtful of this. I'm not even going to get into the needful about that, but I digress....
