Hey don’t worry like MW said rather than focusing on 10 - 15% job losses look at it like 85 to 90% will have jobs. MW - you have did it again my friend, that’s why they pay you the big bucks
Take it easy, this is America and it was envisioned and founded by white people, so do most of companies here. Do not expect the white guys walk away and hand in all the high positions for new comers just because the skin color is different. Work hard and gradually you get up there, diversity does not mean equal number of different skin colors, there has to be merit and even if 10% is of color that is diverse!
