Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Amazing to me

It is truly amazing to me how amidst an age where people are dying from a pandemic, rioting and looting is spread throughout the country, serious problems abound with millions out of work and hundreds of thousands more dying and a person on this forum writes messages that are cold, callous, antagonizing and are pure hate. This person is lowest form of human life on the planet.

@2hvn+15jkhA0A the only culture I’ve seen takes 5 people to do 1 job, wears a lot of flair, and has no interest in working after hours to deliver against client needs, or in helping bridge any divides that exist. For all that orange pride, FD was 332 in 2019 Fortune’s 500. F was 488. Guess who issued a press release?

@2hvn+15jkhA0A Thank you for recognizing that us OFD employees are not the issue. We are all in this together and only want the best for the combined company going forward.

Everyone I have met from OFD have become amazing colleagues and everyone seamlessly joining together. The one thing we ALL agree on is that FB is a disaster. He is a narcissistic self promoter who lacks any sort of integrity, REAL education and any true measure of success. He was as everyone knows encouraged to seek other opportunities due to shady activity at JPMC and no desire to have him as the CEO and now his shady monitoring is now implemented at Fiserv with sapience, First Data paid his debts for violating his employment contract to the tune of 10 million and his excuse, he did not poach his crooked cronies, a recruiter did. Now as a money launderer the stockholders of Fiserv paid his criminal debt to keep it as quiet as possible. As a stockholder I find that wholly offensive. Now Fiserv is parading him like a show pony trying to polish him up and make him palatable to anyone with some level of integrity. If you were running a company, don’t you want someone who has demonstrated success with a balance sheet that shows a real profit? Fiserv bought the debt because FD was a failed company. There are so many good things that FD acquisition brought us an anyone who says differently is lying. Great technology efficiency in call centers and process improvement. But FB is not one of them. For all of our collective survival I hope this turns out to be a win on some level. The individual who keeps telling OFS to watch out, you might want to take some time for self reflection and ask where you under FB leadership would be if Fiserv had not bailed your sorry self out. Likely at the great culture of the Fiserv you are bashing. Of all of this I wish that Fiserv would have waited and bought FD off the scratch and dent rack for pennies. I wish us all the best and I for one hope FB proves everyone wrong and keeps his promises and makes us all a lot of money as stockholders.

19 Billion in debt is pretty professional I must say.
