When they reactivate the point system

Its going to be a lot of p-ss-d off people when that point system comes back because this coming in 2 hours late or work 2 days and call out 2 days even the new hires coming in 1 hour late on smhhh

So which is worse work two days and take two off or someone taking a week at a time...we have had someone take a full week more than once..I admit to taking a few extra days but never a full week and usually not to make a three or more day weekend. On days I knew I was the only driver in the morning I did not call off either. I am not looking for approval here , just to not be hastled over making my life a bit easier. At least my call offs have been within current policies. How many get away with policy violations all over the place and those who try to follow policy are supposed to not notice.

probably true...but...the company has screwed us so much some folks are just taking advantage of a short timed opportunity..they steal our personal time and sick time and expect us to be continually grateful they allow us to come in and be overworked every day. Soon enough the points will be back and folks who are calling out so often will be back to normal. New hires dont want to come in because the place is in chaos what with little training and very undefined work expectations.

I have called out several times in the last two and a half months. When this is over I will be back to my rarely call off self. I fully expect retaliation for calling off. Dont know what form that will take but I will have to suffer through it. After 15 years I have been through a bunch of c-ap and survived. I will survive again.
