I never had to kiss a– to move up. Just did my job and didn't complain. Just saying.
If you think that this is only happening at WF you are foolish. Preference to friends and the boot lickers is common practice everywhere. Its not going to change and the fact that you have hope is only going to lead to disappointment. You can be somebodys friend, kiss some a– or wait it out to make better money.

Simple. That would be The Pay /b—s— and or A– kissing Ratio that exists at Whole foods almost exclusively. The Art is moving up to the the sweet spot where pay is decent but you're left alone to just do your job in peace...Simple, not always so easy.
You are infinitely replaceable the hazard pay was just another attempt at good publicity. The virus is just as deadly as before nothing has changed they took it away because there will more people applying to do your job since they are out of work. Not everyone gets to make a great living working in retail. If you are a low level TM it is meant as stepping stone as you work through school or look for a better job or move up in the company. WF\Amazon doesn't care that you are unhappy be content you make more then what is paid at other retailers. I'm not a team leader whats holding you back from being one though?
The above person who said stop complaining we make q good wage. You must be a team leader. Not all of us make a good wage. This is not complaining, this is based on principles and our lives! If you a– kissers want to be silent while not standing up for yourself then so be it! Our lives matter too no matter what color.
