My club just started this last week. We have 200 items a day being sent out. Is there any club that that has been doing this for a while? There is only one person at my club doing it...:pulling boxing and shipping. How are you getting it done? More people? Orders pulled by floor merchandisers? It seems like a good program but we are getting behind everyday.

Our club does 600 + and its going to get in the thousands here shortly.
The heck with mask. I can smell their BO, their perfume, and other gross odors. I’m sure if I can breathe that in, I can breathe in virus too. Mask are worthless.
That's alot of orders for one person. With all that the floor merchandisers do now it's just one more thing. The unknown thing? it could be 400 a day!
Wow!! This was a question about club to ship home. The responses that are written here is uncalled for. All this person wanted to know was how it is working at their club...how many in the department., whose pulling it . There was nothing about mask. Some people really need to grow up.

Yes. Layoff's are tough, but layoff employees who won't wear one properly if they have been told and trained to follow what should be a Standard Safety Protocol for retail business..
Sams needs to value Customers, with out customers, well that would equate to more layoffs

Members should not be speaking up about anything you are lucky these stores stayed open through this that old saying the customer is always right is out dated and this pandemic showed the world how selfish and childish the consumer really is. The company is finally starting to realize people will shop when you tell them they can one saying that still holds true is ' If they are buying they are lying'
@pjh+15kRirPN You must be one of those privileged members that think they should get everything their way because you pay a fee to shop there. If you don’t like sams club, go somewhere else. It won’t effect their profit one bit. You probably complained that they closed at 5pm too didn’t you? Lol I swear man, these members are out of control. I wish we could tell them off sometimes just so they quit winning about everything they can’t get.

This isn’t mxvoices buddy. Have you every thought maybe just maybe instead of complaining how a cashier wears their mask for the 5 minutes you deal with them out of their 8 hour shift of wearing the same mask all day that maybe you should use scan and go or self check instead?
Good business for Sams to pursue in my eyes, I went to Sams and although they check for people wearing masks... They don't enforce it throughout the store. I speak up and it becomes a confrontation that the customer should not have to have. Also they don't insist their cashiers wear masks properly (note, the plexi panels are to small to allow cashiers to work if masks are not covering both their mouth and nose.. Sams should do better at least in their Langhorne Pa store..
With poor mask enforcement they need to be shipping more so people can no go into store...
In my case of dissatisfaction, I just wont spend my money there now TO BAD SAMS !
I saw a news article saying Costco enforces masks ? Sams should FIRE or LAYOFF anyone who wont wear a mask properly !

Who picks it up? Are associates gonna drive the ups trucks too?? Lol seems like they are just adding more stuff while the staffing remains the same. Unless club pick up becomes its own department with its own staffing, this will be a nightmare.
At my club we have 2 ppl doing this one in the morning and one for the evening to start the next days orders
